I Aint That Chick is about Self Empowerment, Self Awareness, and Self Respect for women and young girls of all ages and ethnicities. It’s a Movement that encourages all women to raise their standards, to think higher, and to expect more. Respect me because I respect myself, and I respect you.
PURPOSE
To encourage, inspire, uplift, and to change the way of thinking for this generation and the one to come.
I AINT THAT CHICK that you can:
Mistreat, Talk down to, Keep on the Side, Disregard, Abuse, Mishandle, Neglect, Mentally, physically, or emotionally.
I WILL NOT:
Drop out of school,
Be called a bully or a victim of bullying
Give my heart and time to situations that do not produce life
Esteem myself higher at someone else’s expense.
Make or Accept Excuses
Let others determine what’s best for me
It’s time for me to raise my standards, increase my level of expectation, and remind my sister that she deserves the same.
Yes, I’ll be the role model for little girls to emulate. No, I cannot be anything less because I think higher. I walk taller. I give more. I expect more.

Head Chick
Rae-Shan Nate’ Barclift is an actor, producer, talk show host, Empowerment Speaker from East Orange, NJ, and the voice behind ‘I AIN’T That CHICK.’ She graduated with a B.A. in Communications from William Paterson University and later developed ‘I AIN’T That CHICK,’ ‘IATC.’
IATC was birthed out of a loneliness and vulnerability for companionship.
It lifeline of Empowerment, Hope and Purpose! IATC is a Ministry and a Movement that speaks of Self-Empowerment, Self-Awareness, and Self-Respect for girls and women of all ages and ethnicities. Nate’ stresses the word ‘Self’ because empowerment already lies within and oftentimes only needs to be re-awakened.
Her passion is that whenever young girls or women are faced with choices in which they can and usually do settle for less than what they deserve that they re-think that choice and respond with ‘I AIN’T That CHICK!’ Respect me because I Respect Myself, and I Respect You.
As the Founder of RNB Media Group, Nate’ has expanded her brand to include hosting, public speaking, acting, a brand new show called Chick Chat, and other opportunities in the field of Media and Entertainment.
